Hurst Shirt for sale at harrods
Kenneth Wolstenholme’s immortal commentary described the famous moment in English history when Sir Geoff Hurst became the first and only player to score a hat-trick in a World Cup Final. The goals came in England’s epic 4-2 win over West Germany at Wembley in 1966. His original football shirt worn by Sir Geoff Hurst during that match will be exclusively on sale at Harrods for £2 million plus VAT, which would make it the most expensive football shirt to be sold in the world.
To my knowledge the shirt hasn’t been sold yet… Worth the money?
